Privacy Policy

Photo Vault is developed and published by THGRP Designs, a division of The Holland GRP LLC. Photo Vault is designed as a private, local-storage application for photos, videos, and supported files.
1. Information We Collect
Photo Vault is designed not to collect personal information from users.
THGRP Designs does not intentionally collect, transmit, sell, or share:
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers through the app
- Location information
- Advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising
- Photos, videos, or files stored in the vault
- User PIN codes in readable plain text
- Usage analytics for advertising or profiling
2. Photos, Videos, and Files
Photo Vault allows users to select photos, videos, and supported files from their Android device and place them into the private vault. Vault content is designed to remain locally on the user's device.
Photo Vault does not intentionally upload vault contents to THGRP Designs servers, advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers.
3. Vault Security
Photo Vault uses a user-created numeric PIN. The application is designed so the original PIN is not stored as readable plain text. Vault files are intended to be protected using local security measures and encryption implemented by the application.
Where supported by Android, the application may prevent screenshots or screen recording while protected vault content is displayed.
4. Internet and Cloud Services
Photo Vault is designed so private vault contents do not require cloud storage operated by THGRP Designs. THGRP Designs does not maintain a server-side copy of a user's vault and therefore cannot normally view or recover it.
5. Advertising and Tracking
Photo Vault is designed to contain no third-party advertisements and no behavioral advertising tracking.
6. Google Play Purchases
Purchases of Photo Vault are processed by Google Play. THGRP Designs does not directly receive or store a user's complete payment-card information. Google's handling of payment and account information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.
7. Device Permissions
Photo Vault may request access needed to allow users to select, import, restore, or manage photos, videos, and supported files. Such access is used only to provide app functionality requested by the user.
8. Data Sharing
THGRP Designs does not sell or rent vault contents or personal user data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
THGRP Designs does not maintain a remote archive of users' private vault files. Users control their locally stored data. Uninstalling Photo Vault or clearing application data may permanently remove locally stored vault information.
10. Lost PINs and Device Loss
Because private information is designed to remain under the user's control, THGRP Designs may be unable to recover vault information if a user loses access to their PIN or device.
11. Data Loss and Limitation of Liability
Photo Vault stores information locally on the user's device, and users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of any photos, videos, files, or other information placed in the vault.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THGRP Designs, The Holland GRP LLC, and their parent companies, affiliates, officers, members, and employees shall not be liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, or inaccessibility of data or information arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, Photo Vault. This includes, without limitation, loss resulting from forgotten PINs, device loss, damage, or theft, device resets, application uninstallation or data clearing, operating system updates, hardware or software failure, or user error.
Photo Vault is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the preservation, availability, or recoverability of stored information.
12. Children's Privacy
Photo Vault is not designed to collect personal information from children or adults through a THGRP Designs account service.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
THGRP Designs may update this Privacy Policy when features, legal requirements, or application functionality change. Updates will include a revised effective date.
